Without the visual cues and casual conversation that we rely on, we have to be intentional when it comes to understanding the pulse of our people. This Community Working Session is all about surveying! What data do you already have, what kinds of questions should you be asking, how can you increase response rate, and what do you do with all that data once you have it? LifeLabs Learning will share survey and data insights from our 700+ clients, and community members will swap knowledge around how they are discovering the current state of employee experience.
